College Age and Career Ministry
A time and place to meet young adults where they are at in life and walk with them through their life as a follower of Christ in their life, in the community, and the church.
As you graduate from High School and enter into this new life of college or career life there is excitement but also a lot of unknowns that become part of your life. You now have flown the nest, but what does that mean and where do I go now? What major should I pick? Isthis the career for me? Where should I travel?
Good Shepherd invests in this ministry by providing an environment that connects you with people who are supportive, share the samevalues, and seek relationships; as well as create a safe environement to be who you are and to challenge things that you are conflicted with or always wanted to know.
College Age Ministry is geared for individuals 18 (Senior in High School in Jan.) to 25 years of age; going to school, working, single, or married with no children. We are not designed to be a glorified High School Youth ministry, this is something completely different and unique. Our focus is connecting, growing, and serving. Career Ministry is focus on individuals 23 to 30 years of age; working, not working, single, or married with no children. Our focus for this ministry is events, small groups, and service.
