Bible Studies at Good Shepherd

Jesus spent a lot of his earthly ministry taking the time to teach His disciples.  Jesus also told His disciples to continue teaching: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to observe everything I commanded you” (Matthew 28.19-20). Teaching is different from preaching in that the teacher and students can discuss questions. The sermons have to be general for the whole congregation, but Bible classes can zero in on important topics. Bible classes are important for your preparation both for worship (Commandments 1-3) and for your service to your neighbor (Commandments 4-10).  A better understanding of the Bible will help you both in your relationship to God and to others.
